My name is Jordan Gerard. I am a husband and father of five. I work full-time as a project manager in the greater Seattle area to support my family, while sensing a call to serve the Church through theological education and writing.
I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Theology degree at Whitefield Theological Seminary and hold a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary, with an emphasis in Systematic and Historical Theology.
I am a member of Roslyn Presbyterian Church in Roslyn, Washington.
The Churchman’s Quill exists to, Lord willing, help build the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ by recovering clarity in a clouded age. Here you will find reflections on Scripture, Reformed theology, and church history, written with one eye on the ancient paths and the other on the present moment.
If you are a Christian who wants to think carefully about what the Church has believed and why it still matters, I hope this work serves you.
